Our work helps cities, hospitals, and campuses avoid governance breakdown by aligning stakeholders, mapping decision authority, and documenting approval sequencing before task orders are issued. We deliver advisory readiness determinations based on observed conditions and client-provided information. We do not perform engineering, network design, testing, installation, integration, certification, vendor selection, or compliance services; the client retains full decision authority. Procurement-neutral. Non-competitive with integrators.
