Information we collect

When you use the request form, email us or engage our services, we may collect:

• Contact information: name, company, role, email and phone
• Project information you choose to share, such as project name, location, funding source and lighting scope
• Documents provided during an engagement, such as certifications, mill reports and delivery records

The request form

When the website's Google Sheet connection is available, your answers are saved to a Google Sheet managed by CivicFrame, and a backup record is kept in website hosting logs. If the sheet can't be reached, we'll prepare an email for you to send from your own email app. We use these details to respond to your request and quote the work.

Confidentiality

Manufacturer cost data and other project documents we receive are used only for the engagement they were provided for. We do not sell or share personal information for marketing purposes. We may share information with service providers who help us operate, subject to confidentiality obligations.

Data storage

Information may be stored using cloud services located in the United States. We use commercially reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send passwords, payment card data or other sensitive credentials through this website.

Your choices
