Advisory Services
Task Order Readiness & Governance Alignment Advisory — applied at different decision stages.
Why This Exists
CivicFrame exists to align Facilities + IT + Security + Leadership before infrastructure decisions become irreversible, and to produce defensible governance artifacts that reduce risk, rework, and decision ambiguity — so agencies can issue task orders cleanly.
We prevent the conditions that create risk — rather than inspecting conditions after the fact.
Three Service Packages
Each package is advisory-only, vendor-agnostic, and non-competitive with integrators.
