What we do

Since October 1, 2026, light fixtures, drivers and controls on new federal-aid projects need U.S. final assembly and more than 55% U.S. component cost. The contractor has to prove it.

We request the certs, check them against your submittals and the contract, match them to deliveries, and hand you a closeout package ready to sign.

Independence

• We don't sell, specify or recommend lighting products.
• We take no fees, commissions or referral payments from manufacturers, distributors or suppliers.
• We screen every engagement for conflicts of interest before accepting it, and disclose any relationship that could matter.
• Manufacturer cost data we receive stays confidential and is used only for the engagement.

Limits

We prepare and review documentation. The contractor signs all Buy America certifications to the owner, and the funding agency decides all waivers. We don't provide legal advice, engineering or design, product testing, product selection, or certification of compliance.
